Account Deletion Policy — 90‑Day Safeguard & Final Reminder


Requesting deletion of your MSGP Server account triggers a staged process designed to give you every chance to reconsider while ensuring complete, permanent erasure if you proceed.

[1] Immediate Deactivation

Your account is disabled the moment you submit a deletion request. You instantly lose access to SMS history, contacts, API keys, and settings.


[2] Secure 90‑Day Retention Window

For the next 90 days, your data remains securely stored but completely inaccessible. This grace period exists so you can cancel the deletion and restore full service if your plans change.


[3] Permanent Data Erasure

On the 90th day, every piece of account‑related data—SMS logs, contacts, authentication keys, preferences— is irreversibly wiped from our servers. Once this step is complete, recovery is impossible.


[4] Easy Cancellation Option

Simply log back in at any time during the 90‑day window to abort the deletion request. Your account will be reactivated immediately with all data intact.


[5] Final 7‑Day Notification

Seven days before the scheduled erasure, we send both an email and an SMS reminding you of the upcoming permanent deletion date.

  • No action taken? Your account and all associated data will be permanently removed on Day90.
  • Changed your mind? Follow the instructions in the notification to reactivate your account before the deadline.

This policy balances user control with data‑privacy best practices: you keep the right to reverse your decision while retaining complete assurance that, after 90days, your information is gone for good.
